Customer satisfaction is our top priority at One Heavenly Baby. If we have your order in stock, it will be shipped promptly. However, because all of our products are handmade, shipping times may vary. In the event that we are unable to ship your order within a timely manner, you will be notified via email before your order is processed. It is our goal to work as quickly and efficiently as possible to complete your order.
If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, we will accept returns within 15 business days and will refund your purchase price (less shipping charges).
